Booked an en-suite but the shower was an inch deep in standing water, the bin had not been emptied prior to our stay and the floors and walls were very dirty. Staff were not available to rectify problems and the room was full of mosquitoes. We had to use the communal bathroom down the hall which was not much cleaner. I begrudge the eighty euros which this cost as the stay was not worth half of that.

Close to the Airport

Two problems: The ad stated air-conditioning and sound insulated rooms. None of these were true, and never has been. So it was warm and noisy.

the rooms have no air-conditioning, there is no breakfast available and the stuff is reluctant in acknowledging any of these problems or any other issues. The management should change the information on Booked.net because is false.

It's really nice and it's positioned near the airport.. You can go there walking in 1 minutes. The builiding has an area with chairs and tables where you can relax and use free wifi.. The's only a boy that works there but he's really prepared.

Close to airport, easy to find, easy to check in or out at any time, free wifi, take-away pizza restaurant next door, friendly staff. This is a perfect place to stay if arriving late or leaving early. You can walk to the hotel from the city station (10 minutes) and walk to the airport terminal (7 minutes).

Can be noisy at holiday time as guests seem to start their holiday at the hotel with a party on the veranda. Guests checking in late or early. Our room was hot and there was an occasional mosquito in the room. Doors and bathroom fittings not well maintained.

It was, as it says, beside Pisa Airport. It took only 3 minutes to walk to the airport and train station. The room and bathroom were clean and functional.

For the price of 80 euros a night I expected a more personal welcome, we were lucky that the cleaner had not finished her duties when we arrived.

We were a party of 6 and had ordered 6 rooms. It turned out that the rooms were placed in two separate apartment buildings several hundred meters apart. We had also book two rooms with bathrooms, which we did not get. We were 3 adults that was placed in an apartment with one bathroom. The price was way too high compared to what we got! Pisa is not that big, so the distance from the airport was not that imortant afterall.

Superb location five minutes walking.distance to the airport. We had a very early flight time so the convenient location was the deciding factor for choosing this hotel.

Apart from its position, this hostel (yes hostel, it is not a hotel) is everybodys worst nightmare. Avoid.

Extremely noisy, making sleep impossible. Check in was the hall way immediately outside all of the rooms and was loud. Front door banged loudly, waking me up every time it slammed shut. Street noise diminished significantly around 11pm. We left at 4am because we hadn't slept; another room left around 3 am. Four rooms + one bathroom = some waiting to go to the bathroom.
